PluginCams is sold as a one-time purchase license that allows you to use the plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified in your purchase (up to 25 sites). The license includes access to updates and support.

3. API Disclaimer

PluginCams integrates with third-party APIs (Chaturbate, Bongacams, Stripchat, etc.) that we do not control. We are not responsible for:

  • API failures, downtime, or interruptions in service from these third-party providers
  • Changes to API functionality or discontinuation of APIs by the platform owners
  • Any limitations or restrictions imposed by the API providers
  • Changes in commission structures or affiliate program terms by the platforms

We will make reasonable efforts to update the plugin when API changes occur, but we cannot guarantee immediate updates or continued functionality of any specific API integration.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be provided due to third-party API issues or discontinuations.

5. Adult Content

PluginCams is designed for the adult entertainment industry. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding adult content, including age verification requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PluginCams or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the plugin
  • Any changes to or discontinuation of third-party APIs
  • Unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party using the plugin

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the plugin after such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
